Our state inspected commissary was opened in 1997.
Our chef and Food Service Director Geno Gulotta has been involved in the food service industry for over 20 years. He recently sold his New Hampshire based fine dining restaurant and returned home to Pennsylvania. Geno is responsible for our menu planning as well as our catering operation.
Each Commissary employee is certified in food safety and all food products are prepared in strict accordance to ServSafe procedures and our high standards for quality and safety.
Every vending company provides drinks, coffee, and snacks. Our non-traditional commissary foods are what set us apart from our competition. It's what our customers appreciate the most.
We provide breakfast items, sandwiches & wraps, breakfast & dinner platters, fresh fruits, milks & juices, hot soups & chili, and various types of salads.
Due to consumer demands for healthy choices, we developed our “Wise Choice” menu. Look for our wise choice “Owl” on the label. Each “Wise Choice” item has the nutritional content clearly marked on the package.
Our commissary has a 3 week menu rotation. This offers our customers better variety. We are flexible enough to tailor a menu for each location even if it does not coincide with our menu rotation. Our customers get the food products that they want.
We date all of our products for optimum freshness. All of the food that is removed from the machine and still ServSafe is donated to a local food bank.
