The quality level of the coffee service has also increased, and again we receive excellent customer service in having our “coffee cabinet” refilled in a timely fashion. On the rare occasion there has been the need for service on any of the equipment, we receive same day service, always completed to our satisfaction. Finally, we have also realized a significant cost savings relative to our expenses on coffee service via very competitive pricing on those products.

Cee Vee Vending has been a great asset to our company. They provided state-of-the-art machines stocked with all kinds of food and drink, mocrowaves and coffee makers. Fiserv Lending Solutions is a real estate services management company located in Downtown Pittsburgh, and we employ approximately 250 employees. In August of 2003, we signed a contract with Cee Vee Vending company to provide our food and coffee and beverage services and we have been very pleased with our decision. They offer a variety of food selections that we did not have with our previous vendor at very competitive prices. The professional service has been outstanding and there is no need to follow-up to make sure our vending machines are filled.
When you deal with Cee Vee Vending , you have a say in what food or beverage items you would like available for your employees. When we first signed up with Cee Vee, we were allowed to sample several food items to determine our choices. On the rare occasion where we have had an issue, Cee Vee Vending has stepped up to the plate and corrected the problem in a professional and expedient manner.
Dealing with Cee Vee Vending is easy because they do the work for you. They stock your cupboards with supplies and clean the coffee pots and microwaves. Their delivery personnel are very professional and friendly and do not hinder the employees from doing their jobs. You hardly know they are there when they are stocking your machines. Cee Vee also holds contests throughout the year and give away gifts with their golden sticker program.
